The platform is designed exclusively to evaluate, benchmark, and educate trading participants on risk discipline, capital preservation, and market consistency.

Under no circumstances does FundedXCapital act as a registered broker-dealer, custodian, investment adviser, research analyst, or portfolio manager under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other financial regulatory body globally.

2. Simulated Trading Environment and Virtual Capital

All accounts provided to participants during the Evaluation Phase, Verification Phase, and subsequent Performance/Funded Stage are 100% simulated demonstration environments:

• Virtual Capital: All account balances, margins, profits, and losses displayed in the trading terminal or trader dashboard are fictitious and virtual units. No real capital is deposited by the trader for trading purposes, and no real funds are risked on market exchanges.
• No Real Exchange Routing: Trades executed on the FundedXCapital terminal are not routed or matched on any public securities or derivatives exchange, including the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), or Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX).
• Simulated Execution Discrepancies: While market prices are sourced from market data feeds, simulated execution algorithms may not perfectly mirror real-world order book liquidity, slippage, partial fills, latency queues, or exchange fee structures. Results obtained in simulated environments do not necessarily replicate live market outcomes.

3. Substantial Risk of Financial Markets & Derivatives

Trading financial instruments—specifically leveraged instruments such as futures and options (F&O)—carries an exceptionally high level of risk and may not be suitable for all individuals. Leverage allows small market price fluctuations to result in disproportionately large financial consequences.

Participants should be aware that:

• Rapid market swings, overnight price gaps, macroeconomic announcements, and sudden liquidity shortages can cause severe drawdowns in a matter of seconds.
• Option buying involves the continuous risk of premium decay (theta decay) and total loss of invested option premiums.
• Option selling involves theoretically unlimited risk in runaway volatile markets.

4. No Guaranteed Returns or Performance Rewards

Past performance is never a guarantee or reliable indicator of future results. Hypothetical or simulated performance figures have inherent limitations and do not represent actual trading.

Any potential Performance Rewards or profit splits referenced on the website are strictly contingent upon the participant passing all assessment phases, completing Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, adhering to all ongoing trading parameters, and executing trades compliant with the Terms and Conditions. FundedXCapital makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that any participant will earn income, pass an evaluation, or receive payouts.

5. Evaluation Fee Risk

The only monetary commitment required from a participant is the upfront evaluation registration fee. This fee covers the operational overhead of software licensing, real-time market data infrastructure, risk calculation engines, and evaluation administration.

Risk of Loss: If a participant breaches any rule (such as exceeding the 5% daily drawdown or 10% maximum overall drawdown limits), the evaluation account is automatically failed and liquidated. The evaluation fee is entirely non-refundable once evaluation trading has started.

6. Technical & Operational Risks

Simulated trading relies heavily on complex software architectures, cloud hosting, and third-party data providers. Participants acknowledge the following inherent technical risks:

• Network Connectivity: Local internet failure, browser instability, ISP latency, or hardware malfunction may prevent order submission or position closure.
• Feed Disruption: Feed interruptions or latency spikes from upstream market data distributors may cause brief display anomalies or pricing halts.
• System Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled infrastructure updates may temporarily restrict terminal access. FundedXCapital implements risk fail-safes but is not liable for indirect losses or missed hypothetical trades resulting from technical outages.

7. Prohibition of Misleading Strategies & Latency Exploitation

Because the platform measures genuine market acumen, strategies that exploit software bugs, tick delays, artificial feed lags, cross-account hedging, high-frequency quote stuffing, or coordinated multi-trader group manipulation are strictly prohibited and result in immediate account disqualification with forfeiture of all fees and pending rewards.
