Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about FundedXCapital evaluation models, risk rules, trading instruments, and profit split payouts.

General & Evaluation Programs

What is FundedXCapital and how does it work?

FundedXCapital is India's leading prop trading evaluation firm. We provide simulated trading challenges on Indian stock market instruments (NSE and MCX) with account sizes up to ₹50,00,000. When traders pass our risk objectives and profit milestones, they manage virtual funded accounts and earn up to an 85% profit split.

What is the difference between Instant, 1-Step, and 2-Step plans?

Instant Funding: Direct access to simulated capital with zero challenge phases. You are eligible for bi-weekly profit splits immediately.

1-Step Fast Track: Single phase challenge with a 10% profit target, 4% daily loss limit, and 6% trailing drawdown.

2-Step Standard: Two-phase challenge with lower profit milestones (8% in Phase 1, 5% in Phase 2) and a 10% maximum drawdown buffer.

Are these accounts simulated or real brokerage accounts?

All accounts provided by FundedXCapital are virtual demonstration accounts in a simulated trading environment backed by live real-time market data. This allows traders to showcase trading performance without financial liability, while receiving real performance reward payouts based on simulated profitability.

Trading Rules & Risk Parameters

How is the Daily Loss Limit calculated?

The Daily Loss Limit is calculated at 09:15 AM IST at the open of each trading day based on your starting balance for that day. For example, on a 4% daily limit with a ₹10,00,000 starting day balance, your equity must not dip below ₹9,60,000 at any point during that trading session.

How does the Maximum Trailing Drawdown work?

The trailing drawdown tracks your peak account equity (high-water mark). As you earn profits, the stop floor trails upwards. Once the trailing floor reaches your initial starting balance, it locks permanently and stops rising, allowing you to build profits without trailing pressure.

What are the instrument-level capital usage limits?

To ensure risk diversification, FundedXCapital enforces pre-trade limits: maximum 50% of account capital margin per Index instrument (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, SENSEX, MIDCPNIFTY) and maximum 25% of account capital margin per individual stock.

Payouts, Profit Splits & KYC

What profit split percentage do funded traders receive?

Funded traders receive up to 85% of simulated trading profits earned on their funded accounts.

How often can I request a payout?

Payouts can be requested on a bi-weekly cycle (every 14 days). Once approved, funds are transferred directly via domestic bank transfer (IMPS/NEFT) or verified UPI.

What documents are required for KYC verification?

Traders must submit standard government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, or Passport) and bank account details prior to their first payout. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours.
